These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed with Helen’s Hampers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
As many hampers are created individually, product contents, colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website or social media.
Where an item is unavailable, Helen’s Hampers may offer a suitable alternative of similar type and value.
Bespoke and personalised hampers are created specifically for the customer and recipient based on the information provided at the time of ordering.
Please check all names, messages, delivery details and other personalisation carefully before confirming your order.
Once work has started on a personalised or bespoke order, changes may not always be possible.
Prices will be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Any additional charges, including delivery, personalisation or requested extras, will be confirmed before payment.
Payment must be made in full before the hamper is prepared unless otherwise agreed.
Collection may be available by prior arrangement.
Delivery charges will depend on the delivery location and will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Helen’s Hampers cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your hamper arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact Helen’s Hampers as soon as possible and provide photographs where appropriate.
Where there is a genuine fault or error, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.
We cannot normally accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind about a personalised or bespoke hamper.

Some hampers may contain food, drink or other consumable products.
Customers are responsible for informing Helen’s Hampers of any known allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before ordering.

Customers and recipients should always check individual product labels before consumption.

At Helen’s Hampers, every order is prepared with care. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help put it right.
Many Helen’s Hampers products are personalised, bespoke or made specifically to the customer’s requirements.
Because of this, these items cannot usually be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind once preparation has started.
This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise not supplied correctly.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Helen’s Hampers as soon as possible.
Where preparation has not yet started, we will normally be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
If work has already started on a personalised or bespoke hamper, a full refund may not be possible.
If your hamper arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs of the hamper, packaging and any damaged items so we can assess the issue.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.
Where a return is accepted, items must normally be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be suitable for return once opened.
Perishable food products, personalised items and goods made specifically to order may also be excluded from standard return rights.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery charges may not always be refundable unless the order was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
For standard, non-personalised goods purchased online, you may have cancellation and return rights under UK consumer law.
However, these rights do not generally apply to personalised, bespoke or made-to-order goods.
For safety reasons, opened food, drink or other consumable items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.
If there is an issue with a food item, please contact us and keep the packaging where possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, return or refund, please contact:
